November 17, in Hanoi, Deputy Minister of Construction Cao Lai Quang had a meeting with the delegation from the World Bank (WB) by Mrs Victoria Kwakwa, WB Director in Vietnam as chief on innovation of companies in sector water supply and drainage in Vietnam.

Currently, the World Bank is the world's leading organizations active in the field of water supply and drainage. With the aim of supporting the community of nations to achieve sustainable growth, the past year WB has helped Vietnam lot in strengthening the capacity of the water sector as well as projects funded water supply and drainage on the whole territory.
Following the meeting of the Deputy Minister Cao Lai Quang and Mrs Victoria Kwakwa, the experts of Vietnam and the World Bank will have a specific work program to implement the next steps of the project supported by the World Bank Vietnam institutional reform, policy and innovation of companies in the field of water supply and drainage.
