On April 24th, in Hanoi, the University of Transport Technology (UTT) held a ceremony to announce the Journal of Science and Transport Technology (JSTT) was officially accepted into the Scopus database - one of the largest and most prestigious scientific index systems in the world. On April 14th, 2025 (local time), First Secretary of the Communist Party and President of the Republic of Cuba Miguel Díaz-Canel received a delegation of the Vietnamese Government, led by Deputy Minister of Finance Le Tan Can, at the Palace of Revolution. Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Tuong Van represented the Vietnam-Cuba Intergovernmental Committee to join the delegation. The meeting affirmed the traditional friendship and special solidarity between Vietnam and Cuba.
