"Solidarity, democracy, discipline, cooperation, quality, safety, efficiency" is the theme of the Emulation Plan for the period 2025-2030, which has just been signed and issued by the Director of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam, Uong Viet Dung.
According to the content of the Plan, the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam is determined to strive to overcome difficulties and challenges to effectively carry out assigned tasks; to achieve achievements to welcome the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress and the 14th National Congress of the Party.
In addition, proactively promoting comprehensive innovation, enhancing the capacity, effectiveness, and efficiency of state management in aviation; improving the quality of aviation services, ensuring safety, and best meeting the community’s and society’s needs for air transport services
Along with that, Director General Uong Viet Dung called on units to organize practical and effective emulation movements, fostering strong innovation in the quality of emulation activities across all fields and enhancing state management capacity; strengthening the fight against corruption, wastefulness, and negative practices; promoting the development of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation; focusing on e-government development and administrative reform; environmental work; continuously improving the material, cultural, and spiritual well-being of employees; and building a civilized workplace and society.
At the same time, emulation movements should be further strengthened, in connection with regularly identifying new factors, fostering and replicating exemplary models; promoting communication, study, and the following of role models of ‘Good People, Good Deeds,’ thereby creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere that encourages everyone to bring into full play their abilities and fine qualities to fulfill their duties. This contributes to building a strong and comprehensive contingent of officials, public servants, employees, and workers of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam, firmly advancing into a new era of development - a new era of national rise.
