Construction Newspaper continues to cooperate with Japan Construction and Technical News Newspaper

Vietnam Construction Newspaper represented by Mr. Nguyen Anh Dung - Editor-in-Chief continued to sign a memorandum of cooperation with Japan Construction and Technical News Newspaper, with the witness of the Ministry MLIT and Japan businesses.

At the discussion before the signing ceremony, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of DECN (the managing enterprise of the Japan Construction and Technical News Newspaper) highly appreciated the cooperation with Vietnam Construction Newspaper over the past 10 years. The two editorial offices have regularly exchanged news articles on the two countries' construction activities. Therefore, enterprises of two countries have many exchanging opportunities. Many science and technology applications from Japan have been transferring to Vietnamese businesses in the spirit of support. Japanese businesses have a lot of information about the Vietnam’s construction legal system before investing and doing business in the Vietnamese market.

On behalf of the Editorial Board of Construction Newspaper, Mr. Nguyen Anh Dung thanked Board of Directors of Japan Construction and Technical News Newspaper for warm welcome; thanked the Japanese Government and people for always supporting the Vietnamese people through providing the largest ODA capital to Vietnam. The cooperation signing between the two newspapers took place at a very meaningful time when the people and governments of the two countries are celebrating 50 years of Vietnam - Japan relations.

The Memorandum of Understanding affirms: Construction Newspaper clearly recognizes the capacity of Japan Construction and Technical News Newspaper, which is also a media agency in construction sector. The newspaper with over 90 years of tradition in Japan which holds a high position in the Japanese press system. The Japan Construction and Technical News Newspaper also recognizes that the Vietnam Construction Newspaper plays the role of an information bridge between the Vietnamese Government - Ministry of Construction and the people to the areas of State management of the Ministry of Construction.

The Editor-in-Chief of Construction Newspaper was recognized by the Japan Construction and Technical News Newspaper for his contributions to the cooperation in developing the two newspapers over the past 10 years.

With high agreement, Construction Newspaper and Japan Construction and Technical News Newspaper signed important issues.

Specifically, the two sides agreed to cooperate in collecting information and information about advanced science and technology currently being applied by Japan in the construction and investment by Japanese businesses. Construction Newspaper will collect information about the needs of Vietnamese businesses that want to cooperate with Japanese businesses. In principle, the information that provided by two sides must ensure honesty and quality to be transmitted to readers of the two countries.

Both sides will post information related to the Construction industry. Construction Newspaper will publish articles about science and technology, advanced technology of Japanese enterprises provided by Japan Construction and Technical News Newspaper and Japan Construction and Technical News Newspaper also will publish articles about the needs of Vietnamese businesses regarding science and technology in its newspaper (Construction Newspaper will provide information). Any information published in a newspaper will receive funding from businesses that want to publish information about their products.

The two sides will act as a bridge for Japanese and Vietnamese businesses in finding partners. Specifically, Construction Newspaper will support Japanese businesses in finding business opportunities in Vietnam in fields related to the Construction industry. In contrast, Japan Construction and Technical News Newspaper will support Vietnamese businesses in finding suitable science and technology as required.

Based on the approval of the Ministry of Construction, Construction Newspaper and Japan Construction and Technical News Newspaper will co-organize events and seminars to promote advanced science and technology of Japanese businesses in Vietnam in fields related to the Construction industry. Construction Newspaper will support connections for appropriate participants for specific events.

In order to create conditions for reporters and journalists of the two press agencies to better understand working conditions and skills exchanging, each agency will have an exchange of its officers twice a year.

The Construction Newspaper will support Japanese construction companies that have a need for Vietnamese human resources, in accordance with Japan's requirements.
