The Ministry of Construction organized the Awarding Ceremony Medal for the Cause of the Construction Industry to Mr.Takuya Kudo, Second Secretary Embassy of Japan in Vietnam on March 20th. There were Director of International Cooperation Department Pham Khanh Toan, and representatives of units under the MoC at the Ceremony.
Under the authority of the leader of the Ministry of Construction, Director of International Cooperation Department
- Pham Khanh Toan rewarded the Medal for Construction Career to Mr. Takuya Kudo.
Speaking at the ceremony, authorized by the Ministry of Construction's leader, Mr. Pham Khanh Toan acknowledged and appreciated Takuya Kudo's important contributions in promoting cooperation between the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam and the Japanese Embassy; Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism; organizations, agencies and units under the Government of Japan.
Mr. Takuya Kudo expressed his delight and thanked leaders of the Ministry of Construction for coordinating and creating favorable conditions for him to best fulfill his duties during his tenure in Vietnam. He also said: “In any position, he will also strive to further promote cooperation between the Vietnam MoC and Japan’s agencies and units as well as localities and businesses of Japan”.
