Deputy Minister Phan Thi My Linh chaired the awarding ceremony medal for the Career of the Construction Industry to Ms. Cho Han Kyul Sam – Deputy Director of Korea International Cooperation Agency in Vietnam on February 12th. There was Director of Koica in Vietnam - Kim Jinoh in the ceremony.
Deputy Minister Phan Thi My Linh awarded the Medal for Deputy Director of the Vietnam Koica Cho Han Kyul Sam.
Speaking at the Ceremony, Deputy minister Phan Thi My Linh welcomed the Koica Vietnam Office to become the first international delegation to visit and work with the Ministry of Construction in the Lunar new year of Ky Hoi 2019 and wish the cooperation between the MoC and Koica organization in particular, Vietnam and Korea in general getting better.
Deputy Minister acknowledged and appreciated the important contrubution of Ms. Cho Han Kyul Sam in promoting cooperation between the Ministry of Construction and Koica and the Korean Government agencies in many different activities and projects, especially the Green Urban Planning Support Project in Vietnam, and hoping that Ms Cho Han Kyul Sam would continue to make contributions to further develop the good relation between the MoC and Koica in particular, Vietnam and Korea in general.
Vietnam Koica Director Kim Jinoh thanked the leadership of the MoC for the Medal of Construction Industry Career to Deputy Director Cho Han Kyul Sam and said, Vietnam Koica Office would centralize all resources to help and support the MoC in effectively implementing signed projects, and wish to further improve the cooperation with the Ministry of Construction in the future to expand the working program between two sides.
