The Construction Minister Pham Hong Ha hosted a reception for a visiting Korean mission led by the Plenipotentiary Ambassador in Vietnam - Mr Lee Hyuk in September 22th, in Ha Noi. Leaders from the Ministry’s Office, International Cooperation Department, Planning - Architecture Department, Urban Development Agency, Housing and Real Estate Market Management Agency participated in the reception.

At the reception, Minister Ha had congratulated Mr Lee Hyuk who newly appointed as the Korean Plenipotentiary Ambassador in Vietnam and welcomed his working trip to MoC.
“In recent years, Vietnam and Korea have constantly promoted the cooperation tie upon various fields including the construction field and achieved many important results” - Minister Ha said.
Minister Ha emphasized the development cooperation tie between Vietnam Construction Ministry and Korea Functional Ministries to base on the mutual understanding and trust of both country’s governments. Strengthening investment cooperation in Vietnam, Korean enterprises have significantly contributed to the development of the construction sector in particular and Vietnam’s economy in general.
In the upcoming time, Minister Ha hopes MoC will receive more supports of Mr Lee Hyuk, and also requests Mr Ambassador as the linkage bridge to further develop the cooperation tie between Vietnam MoC and related Korea Functional Ministries.

To thank Minister Ha for best wishes for himself and Korean mission, Mr Lee Hyuk said the Vietnam - Korea tie to have more potential development.
Vietnam have drasmatically developed in the recent years and continued to attract more Korean enterprises in investing and developing projects - Mr Lee Hyuk expressed.
To conclude the reception, Mr Lee desired Minister Ha as well as MoC to concern and facilitate more favorable conditions for Korean enterprises in cooperating and implenting the construction projects in Vietnam. Mr Lee respectful invited Minister Ha to visit South Korea and expand cooperation with the Korea Functional Ministries and enterprises in the latest time.
