To accelerate the legal document formation

Hanoi (September 22nd, 2015) – Minister Trinh Dinh Dung held a meeting with Deputy Ministers Pham Hong Ha, Nguyen Dinh Toan, Phan Thi My Linh, Le Quang Hung, Do Duc Duy and heads of the MOC’s functional deparments and agencies to implement the MOC’s key tasks in the coming time.

During the meeting, heads of the MOC’s functional units briefly reported to Minister Trinh Dinh Dung on results from implementing their major tasks recently, especially ones from forming Decrees and Circulars to guide the implementation of the Law of Construction, Law of Housing, Law of Real Estate Business; and listed some problems in completing these legal document.
Revising and publishing legal document in construction is the most important task, according to Minister Dung, because those laws mentioned above were issued by the National Assembly. Minister Dung asked heads of the MOC’s functional deparments and agencies to accelerate their task of forming Decrees and Circulars guiding those laws.
Minister Dung requested relevant units to prepare the report presented at the upcoming Conference on social housing, and directed the Ministry Office to check some issues in the Construction Industry which would be public concern in the National Assembly’s upcoming session.
