Located in Hoa Quang Bac village (Phu Hoa district), the project to build Phu Yen high-tech applied agricultural zone consists of 2 phases: Phase 1 (2015 – 2020) – make preparation in terms of capital, human resource, land acquisition, resettlement and investment attraction; Phase 2 (2021 – 2030) – expand investment.
Based on the Master plan report and opinions sent by relevant ministries and agencies via document, the Evaluation Board agree to approve the Master plan. However, all Evaluation Board members suggested Phu Yen stick close to tasks and targets in the Master plan.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Dinh Toan asked the Consultant to further assess the project area’s current status and learn experience from other countries in region and the world in building high-tech applied agricultural zone in terms of spatial orientation and facilities providing.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Dinh Toan requested the Consultant to receive all comments of relevant ministries and agencies to complete the Master plan outline to submit to the Prime Minister for approval.
