Deputy Minister Nguyen Dinh Toan works with experts of Sequa organization (Federal Republic of Germany)

Hanoi (June 29th, 2015) – Deputy Minister Nguyen Dinh Toan worked with the Sequa Organization’s mission, led by Mr. Andreas Dernbach, about the Project run by the Construction Industry Association (BFW Bau Sachsen), GIZ and the College of Urban Works Construction (MOC), at the head office of the MOC.

On behalf of the Sequa mission, Mr. Andreas Dernbach thanked Deputy Minister Nguyen Dinh Toan and the MOC’s officials for their warm welcome. According to Mr. Andreas Dernbach, Sequa is a non-profit development organization promoting the development of the private sector and its business membership organizations as well as vocational qualification. In the project run by BFW Bau Sachsen, GIZ and the College of Urban Works Construction, with the aim of building an e-friendly house in College’s campus, transferring e-friendly vocational training program; coaching Vietnamese teachers and experts to replicate the project, Sequa’s duty is to inspect the implementation of the Project to report to the German Government on the Project’s feasibility.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Dinh Toan highly appreciated the vocational training program of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mr. Toan hoped that with the help from German partners, vocational colleges under the MOC management would attract more students, gain financial autonomy and train skilled human resources for enterprises in Construction Industry in Vietnam.
