The Central Steering Committee for anti-corruption’s Inspection mission works with the Ministry of Construction

Hanoi (June 23rd, 2015) – The Central Steering Committee for anti-corruption’s Inspection mission N0 7, led by Mr. Huynh Phong Tranh - the Government Inspector General, worked with the Ministry of Construction. Minister Trinh Dinh Dung, accompanied by Deputy Ministers and heads of the MOC’s functional departments, agencies and units, attened the working session.

On behalf of the Inspection Mission N0 7, Mr Ha Ngoc Chien – Deputy Chief of the Inspection Mission cum Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs – announced the decision by the Central Steering Committee for anti-corruption lauching the plan to inspect, monitor and urge the anti-corruption in some minitries, industries and local authorities in 2015 as well as the Mission’s working plan in the MOC.

During the working session, Minister Trinh Dinh Dung briefly reported on the leadership and guidance of the MOC’s Party Commission about anti-corruption in terms of implementing the Central resolutions, the Government and Prime Minister’s guiding documents; issuing guiding documents on anti-corruption for the MOC’s own units; integrating anti-loss and anti-corruption in legal documents drafted by the MOC…

Listening to the MOC’s Party Commission’s report and the Mission’s comments, the Government Inspector General Huynh Phong Tranh highly appreciated the MOC’s Party Commission’s report, and suggested the MOC’s Party Commission and leadership receive comments on amending and completing the report to submit to the Central Steering Committee for anti-corruption to submit to the Politburo.

Mr. Huynh Phong Tranh also informed that the Inspection Mission would work with 7 subordinate units of the MOC, including the Construction Activities Management Agency, State Agency for Construction Quality Inspection, Housing and Real Estate Market Management Agency, Construction Economics Institute, HUD, VICEM and IDICO.
