Attending the conference were members of the National Council to evaluating for upgrading of urban including representatives of ministries, central agencies and associations, professional associations. Representatives of Quang Ninh province at the conference were Mr. Do Thong - Vice Chairman of Quang Ninh province and representatives of the departments of the provincial People's Committee of Quang Ninh and Cam Pha city.
Speaking at the conference, Minister Trinh Dinh Dung appreciated the efforts of the Party, government and people of Cam Pha city of Quang Ninh province in particular and in general in the planning, urban development. For nearly 10 years, since it was recognized as grade III and became the city, Cam Pha town has great transformation, economic structure shifted towards positive, sustainable growth, technical infrastructure and social investment interest perfected. Both the 3 pillars of sustainable development as economic, social and environmental Campha are very well done.

At the conference, the appraisal report, judgment and opinions of the Council members agreed appraisal evaluation project to upgrading of Cam Pha City be better prepared in accordance with the provisions of law.

Deputy Minister Phan Thi My Linh agrees with the opinion of the members of the Council the advantages, potential, important locations of the Cam Pha city, problems, which Cam Pha city needing attention in the planning of urban development.
