The Ministry of Construction has just issued Official Document No. 14267/BXD-KHCNMT&VLXD dated November 28, 2025, requesting that agencies and units, within the scope of their assigned functions and duties, seriously implement the following contents:
Strengthen the dissemination of news, reports, and bulletins to raise awareness of laws on biodiversity conservation, control of invasive alien species, protection of endangered, precious, and rare wildlife species, and the conservation of wild and migratory birds in Vietnam.
The Ministry of Construction is strengthening communication to raise awareness and a sense of responsibility among agencies, organizations, and individuals regarding the protection and conservation of wild animal and plant species (Photo: Baochinhphu.vn).
Officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers are required not to participate in hunting, capturing, buying, selling, transporting, slaughtering, consuming, storing, or advertising wildlife and migratory birds illegally; not to raise, cultivate, trade, or release invasive alien species; and not to purchase birds for release, as this constitutes assisting illegal hunting and trapping of wild birds; Coordinate with law enforcement agencies to prevent illegal hunting, capturing, trading, transporting, and consuming of wildlife, plants, and migratory birds in Vietnam; and implement preventive measures against diseases originating from wildlife and migratory birds when required.
