On November 12, 2025, at the headquarters of the Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Xuan Sang presented the Decision on appointing a member of the Board of Members and General Director of the Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (SBIC) to Mr. Tran Manh Ha.
Head of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction Hoang Hai Van; leaders representing agencies of the Ministry of Construction; Leaders of the Corporation, specialized Departments, and units of SBIC attended the Ceremony.
The announcement and awarding ceremony was connected online with 22 connecting points at member units of the entire Corporation.
Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Xuan Sang presented the appointment decision to comrade Tran Manh Ha.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Xuan Sang congratulated comrade Tran Manh Ha on being trusted and assigned a new responsibility. He also praised and acknowledged the efforts and contributions of comrade during his work, as well as of the leadership, staff and employees of the Corporation in the past time.

In his new position, the Ministry of Construction’s leadership trusts and expects that he will continue to demonstrate his competence, courage, and sense of responsibility, and together with the Board of Members, the Board of Director, and all officers and employees of the Corporation, uphold the tradition of solidarity, promote governance innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and gradually build the Corporation as a stable and sustainable enterprise, making a positive contribution to the development strategy of Vietnam’s shipbuilding industry.

In the past time, despite many difficulties and challenges, the Corporation has maintained stable operations, gradually improved its management capacity, expanded its consulting, technology and infrastructure investment fields, and affirmed its position in the shipbuilding industry. These results are thanks to the efforts of the leadership, staff, and employees, and the close guidance and support of the Ministry of Construction. In his new position, the Ministry of Construction and the Board of Members of the Corporation believe and expect that Mr. Tran Manh Ha will continue to promote his experience, innovative spirit, dynamism, and creativity; together with the Board of Directors of the Corporation, be united, proactive, and decisive in management, and bring the Corporation to develop even more strongly, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new period.

Comrade Tran Manh Ha - born in 1984; Professional qualifications: Master of Economic Management, Shipbuilding and Repair Engineer, Bachelor of Foreign Languages (English Major), Bachelor of Business Administration; Senior Political Theory; appointed Deputy General Director from February 2020 to December 2023, Acting General Director from January 2024 and has been associated with and working in the shipbuilding industry since 2008 to present.
