The opening ceremony of the Vietbuild Da Nang International Exhibition was jointly organized on May 10 by the Centre of Information (under the Ministry of Construction), Vietbuild Construction International Exhibition Organisation Corp and Da Nang Trade Promotion Centre with the theme "Construction - Building Materials - Real Estate and Interior and Exterior Decoration". Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh - Head of the Steering Committee for International Exhibition VIETBUILD; Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Da Nang City Nguyen Thi Anh Thi; Vice Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee Le Quang Nam; representatives of ministries, central branches, associations, specialized associations, representatives of localities and businesses attended the opening ceremony.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh said that the Vietbuild Danang International Exhibition 2023 is a practical activity to celebrate 65 years of traditional construction industry day. This is also a regular and specific activity to support the implementation of guidelines and policies of the State, contributing to promoting trade promotion, technology transfer, investment cooperation and brand development; support enterprises to restore and develop production and business activities; stimulate domestic market demand, especially trade connection and technology connection on digital platforms and digital economy in the new situation.

Vietbuild Da Nang 2023 International Exhibition featured more than 1,000 booths by 300 domestic and foreign enterprises. The exhibition is showcasing achievements and technological development of the construction industry, as well as products in the areas of construction materials, real estate, industrial machinery and equipment, architecture, and interior and exterior decoration. Products of construction materials, interior and exterior decoration have new designs, improved features and quality to meet the increasing demand for housing, construction and interior and exterior decoration, associated with sustainable development, environmental protection and life enhancement, showing the traditional, ecological and modern environment of the whole society.
Within the framework of the Exhibition, the Organizing Committee also coordinated with the Vietnam Association of Building Materials to organize the Seminar entitled: "Promoting the production and use of construction materials in the Central and Central Highlands regions" and business forums introducing programs to connect supply and demand, connect domestic and international trade.
