The Ministry of Construction and Vietnam Television signed a communication cooperation program for the period of 2022 – 2026

The signing ceremony of communication cooperation between the Ministry of Construction and Vietnam Television in the period of 2022 – 2026 was held in Hanoi on April 14^th.

Overview of the signing ceremony

Accordingly, the signing of communication cooperation agreement between the two agencies aims to strengthen the comprehensive and more effective coordination between the Ministry of Construction and Vietnam Television in disseminating the accurate communication of the guidelines, policies and laws of the Party and State, the administration of the Government in the field related to construction; promptly and objectively inform about the Ministry of Construction's activities in implementing political, economic and social objectives and tasks, improving the role of State management in the field of construction investment; timely communicate and orient on issues in the State management of the Ministry of Construction, especially for events and issues that are interested by the public.

The implementation of the coordination program between the two agencies is carried out on the basis of mutual assistance, information exchange in solving works on the principle of equality, efficiency, in accordance with the law, ensuring the promotion of roles, responsibilities, independence of each organization and synchronous coordination among units and enterprises under the Ministry of Construction and units and information channels under the Vietnam Television.

Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi and General Director of Vietnam Television Le Ngoc Quang performed the signing ceremony of communication cooperation and presented souvenirs.

The two sides agreed to implement the commitments related to exploiting each side's strengths, coordinating in content development, and producing programs to propagate specific contents such as: breakthrough results in building, perfecting institutions, reforming administrative procedures; improve the business investment environment; building e-Government, creating favorable conditions for people and businesses.

The Ministry of Construction actively coordinated and provided information to Vietnam Television on programs, plans, legal documents, documents related to the field of construction; direction and administration of the leaders and activities of the Ministry of Construction. The Ministry of Construction created favorable conditions for reporters of Vietnam Television to access and exploit information about the activities of the Ministry of Construction; information on the implementation of political, socio-economic goals of the construction industry so that Vietnam Television could publish and broadcast information in television programs.

Regarding the development of a specific communication coordination plan each year, the Ministry of Construction directed agencies, units and enterprises under the Ministry of Construction to coordinate with functional units of Vietnam Television to implement this plan; created favorable conditions for Vietnam Television to participate in propaganda projects and key national programs chaired by the Ministry of Construction; supported, advised, helped and created favorable conditions for Vietnam Television in the appraisal and implementation of its construction investment projects.

The Vietnam Television side would direct domestic and international units, editorial boards, and reporters of Vietnam Television to regularly update and provide complete, accurate and comprehensive information about mechanisms, policies and laws in the field of construction; direction, administration and activities of the Ministry of Construction on the channels and digital platforms of Vietnam Television.
