Like more than 750 cities in the whole country, Hue city is changing every day in the process of development and urbanization; because it closely relates to the socio-economic development process and easily loses historical and cultural values, changes of natural landscape and environment. Unless specific plans and solutions are brought about for the development of Hue city, Hue will lose its existing values and specific characteristics and it will be difficult to stabilize and exploit development opportunities.
