Vietnam - Japan cooperation on human resource in construction

On April 15 and 16, the delegation of the Ministry of Construction led by Deputy Minister Bui Pham Khanh had a meeting with Mr. Kazuhiko Aoki – Deputy Minister of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) to promote the program receiving Vietnamese construction workers to work in Japan.

After two days of discussion, the two sides officially signed a "Memorandum of Cooperation” in the field of human resource in the construction.

According to the MOU, the two sides will strengthen the cooperation in the following areas: Monitoring and improving the program receiving Vietnamese construction workers. The cooperation form of the two parties is to exchange information and experience, organize conferences, seminars and training courses.

The time of cooperation is from Aprial 16, 2015 to March 31,2021. The implementation of the MOU will be discussed by the leaders of the two ministries with Ministerial level for the first time, is expected to be held in mid 2015 in Hanoi.
