April 14, Minister of Construction Trinh Dinh Dung led the delegation of the Ministry of Construction work on the state management in the construction field of Binh Phuoc province. Meeting with the Delegation of the Ministry of Construction has Chairman of the People’s Committee of Binh Phuoc province Nguyen Van Tram, leadersof provincial party, leadersof the provincial People’s Council and representatives of the departments and agencies of Binh Phuoc province.
Speaking at the meeting, Minister Trinh Dinh Dung expressed his pleasure at Binh Phuoc province fulfill many criteria for urban development. The Minister said that Binh Phuoc province should pay attention to the provincial regional planning, planning of urban, planning specific functional areas, industrial parks, planning industry; upgrading of cities and consstruction new rural.
The Minister also asked the Binh Phuoc province to promote the development of social housing. The province also need to closely manage resource for production of construction materials and designing plan for development of construction material to protecting natural resources and the environment, especially the cement industry.
Emphasizing the role of state management in construction field in the province, Minister Trinh Dinh Dung proposal Binh Phuoc province to strengthen the capacity of officials of state management agencies relating to the construction, of consulting and of construction firms. Thereby, Minister wants Binh Phuoc province to create an environment of investment for companies as well the technical infrastructure planning, transport and land initiative.
The Minister stressed that urban development must follow the planning, the new plan does not happen to waste. So Binh Phuoc province should strengthen the construction quality control, not to the incident, against losses.
