Minister of Construction Trinh Dinh Dung launched tree-planting festival -Spring At Mui 2015 at the Vietnam National University, Hanoi in Hoa Lac.
At the ceremony, the Minister of Construction Trinh Dinh Dung stressed the great significance of tree-planting festival on each occasion of Spring, which is one of the practical activities to do as Uncle Ho Chi Minh says: "For the sake of ten years planting tree sake hundred years the planting People".
