On October 23, at the headquarter of the Ministry of Construction, Deputy Minister Le Quang Hung had a meeting with the delegation of Shimizu Corporation (Japan) lead by General Director of Business Mr. Kazuo Ide.
At the meeting, Mr. Kazuo Ide introduced big projects which are being implemented in Vietnam in recent years such as Bai Chay Bridge, Binh Bridge, HCM urban railways City, Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien section.
Mr. Kazuo Ide expressed that in order to get the efficiency and highest quality of these projects, Shimizu hopes that it will have attention of the Ministry of Construction in solving difficulties and obstacles for its business. In the meanwhile, Shimizu will exchange and share its experience with Vietnam partners of underground construction.
Deputy Minister Le Quang Hung stressed that the importance of ODA projects in Vietnam, as well as the effective constructions of the Japanese contractors, especially Shimizu. The Deputy Minister affirmed that the Ministry of Construction always creates the favourable conditions to support Japanese bussiness operating in Vietnam.
