Overall, investment in construction projects in the province comply with procedures and regulations on investment and construction; work verification, appraisal, approval be closely managed. 2013, the province has 632 works, including 268 works using central budget; 287 projects using local funds. In 2013 and early 2014, no construction incident occurred in the area. The maintenance work is limited.
The province currently has 2 cement manufacturing unit, 2 unit brick tunnel, 30 quarries building, 3 units permitted sand and gravel extraction on land. Speaking at the meeting, Minister Trinh Dinh Dung acknowledged the efforts of the provincial executive direction and management activities related to the construction industry.
