Within the framework of cooperation between the Department for Roads of Vietnam and the Korean Road Administration, a delegation of the Korean Road Administration - Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of Korea (MOLIT) led by Mr. Lee Woo Je, Director of the Korean Road Administration, visited and worked with the Department for Roads of Vietnam and visited and surveyed the Hai Van tunnel of the Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan expressway from December 3-4, 2025 and attended the Eighth Annual Conference on road traffic cooperation between Vietnam and Korea held on December 3rd, 2025, in Da Nang.

On December 1st, 2025, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Construction organized an Advisory Council to evaluate and accept the results of the implementation of the Science and Technology Task "Research and evaluation of the implementation of greenhouse gas emission reduction solutions in Vietnam's Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) for the management of the Construction sector", conducted by the Center for Energy and Green Growth Research (CEGR). Deputy Director of the Department of Science, Technology, Environment and Construction Materials Nguyen Huu Tien - Chairman of the Council chaired the meeting.

On November 28th, 2025 in Hanoi, the Ministry of Construction held a meeting of the Advisory Council to evaluate and accept the results of the implementation of the National Standards Construction Research Science and Technology Task carried out by the Institute of Construction Materials, including 5 TCVNs: Construction pellets - Technical requirements: Part 2: Calcium silicate construction pellets; Part 3: Aggregate concrete construction pellets; Part 4: Autoclaved aerated concrete construction pellets; Part 5: Artificial stone construction pellets; Part 6: Natural stone construction pellets.

University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi Architectural University have just signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement, opening a new phase in training and research cooperation between the two leading training institutions under the Ministry of Construction. Deputy Minister Pham Minh Ha attended and delivered a speech at the signing ceremony.
