In the exciting atmosphere of competing to achieve achievements to welcome the 14th National Party Congress, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction solemnly held a ceremony to attach a plaque to the project to welcome the success of the 1st Government Party Congress, term 2025-2030, in Ho Chi Minh City, on November 11.

On the morning of November 9th, in Dinh Phong commune, Cao Bang province, Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh attended and launched the groundbreaking ceremony for the Dinh Phong Primary and Secondary Inter-level Boarding School project in Dinh Phong commune, Cao Bang province.

On November 13^th, Deputy Minister Nguyen Viet Hung and his delegation inspected the field and resolved difficulties in the process of completing the Nha Trang - Cam Lam, Cam Lam - Vinh Hao and Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet expressway projects.

From November 16 to 17^th, 2025, right before the official visit to Algeria by the Prime Minister of Vietnam, the 13th Session of the Vietnam - Algeria Intergovernmental Committee (UBLCP) took place in Algeria’s capital, Algiers.

On the afternoon of November 14th, Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh visited and congratulated the 80th Anniversary Exhibition of the University of Transport (November 15th, 1945 - November 15th, 2025) with the theme: "Convergence - Creativity and Development". The Minister asked the University of Transport to promote human resource training to serve high-speed railway and urban railway projects.

On November 7^th, 2025, in Hanoi, the Central Steering Committee for the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene held a conference to review the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene (OSH) in 2025 and deploy the plan for 2026. The conference aimed to comprehensively evaluate the results achieved, draw lessons from existing problems, and unify the directions and tasks for the coming period.

On November 14^th, 2025, Deputy Minister of Construction Pham Minh Ha - Head of the Ministry of Construction's working delegation inspected the implementation of the Cao Lanh - Lo Te route upgrading investment project in Dong Thap province and Can Tho city (Cao Lanh - Lo Te project), and the Lo Te - Rach Soi road surface upgrading investment project in Can Tho city and Kien Giang province (Lo Te - Rach Soi project). Attending the inspection delegation were representatives of the Vietnam Road Administration, My Thuan Project Management Board, consulting units and construction contractors.

On the afternoon of November 14^th, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Tuong Van inspected the landslide situation on the La Son - Hoa Lien expressway (connecting Hue city with Da Nang city).

On November 11^th, Deputy Minister of Construction Le Anh Tuan chaired a progress inspection of the T2 Passenger Terminal Expansion Project at Noi Bai International Airport.

On November 15^th, 2025, at the National Convention Center (Hanoi), the Institute of Building Science and Technology (IBST, under the Ministry of Construction) in collaboration with Life Design Kabaya Company (Japan) organized the Workshop "Japanese timber buildings structure, standards and applications in Vietnam".
