University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi Architectural University have just signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement, opening a new phase in training and research cooperation between the two leading training institutions under the Ministry of Construction. Deputy Minister Pham Minh Ha attended and delivered a speech at the signing ceremony.

In the higher education system of the Ministry of Construction, the University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City and the Hanoi Architectural University play a pivotal role in training high-quality human resources in architecture, planning, urban areas and related fields.
The two schools are also responsible for implementing scientific research, technology transfer and expanding international cooperation according to the tasks assigned by the Ministry.

Rector of University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City Pham Trong Thuat and Rector of Hanoi Architectural Univesity Le Quan signed comprehensive cooperation in all fields of training and scientific research.
The signing ceremony is considered an important milestone, demonstrating the increasingly close connection between training institutions under the Ministry of Construction.
The collaboration will help the two institutions leverage their respective strengths, improve training effectiveness, and create a stronger workforce for the construction industry in the new period.
For University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City, this event is also part of a series of activities towards the 50th anniversary of the school's founding and the 100-year journey of training architects in Vietnam (1926-2026), a major milestone for the country's architecture industry.
Associate Professor, Dr. Architect Pham Trong Thuat - Rector of University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City emphasized that the signing creates an opportunity for both sides to "promote their strengths and complement each other" in training and research.
Immediately after the signing ceremony, the school will quickly implement the cooperation contents to put the agreement into practice.
Associate Professor, Dr. Architect Le Quan - Rector of Hanoi Architectural University expressed his great expectations for cooperation, especially in the field of international cooperation and in-depth research. He assessed that this would be an "important core" to help improve the training quality of each school.
In addition to the agreement at the school level, the faculties, institutes and centers of the two sides also signed directly to create a deep network of connections, promoting cooperation in each specific field.
