The Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction held a ceremony to award the Decision and Certificate of Product to welcome the 1st Congress of the Government Party Committee, term 2025-2030 to the Party Committee of the National Institute of Architecture, the product "Design of a model of an inter-level boarding school in the mainland border communes" on November 13th.

At the ceremony, comrade Ha Thi Trang, Deputy Head of the Government Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, announced the Decision of the Government Party Committee's Standing Committee to certify the product to welcome the 1st Congress of the Government Party Committee, term 2025-2030. At the same time, the Government Party Committee's leaders presented the Certificate to the Party Committee of the National Institute of Architecture.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Lai Xuan Lam, Deputy Secretary of the Government Party Committee, highly appreciated the results that the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction in general, as well as the Party Committee of the National Institute of Architecture in particular.

According to comrade Lai Xuan Lam, the product “Design of a model of a inter-level boarding school in land border communes” is a specialized product of the National Institute of Architecture, the resulting product not only serves the management work but also serves the design and construction work.
Currently, there are 248 land border communes in 22 provinces nationwide. Investing in building schools for land border communes is a key and important task in socio-economic development and implementing ethnic policies to improve people's knowledge, human resource quality, create a source of ethnic minority cadres; improve the material and spiritual life of people in border areas, contributing to strengthening national defense and security.
“The development of a standardized model design for inter-level boarding schools that meet national standards in border communes, which has been recognized as both professional and profound political meaning. It concretizes the sound policies of the Party and the Government, providing localities with a basis for reference and appropriate implementation. This thereby ensures adequate facilities for students and local people in learning, daily activities, cultural and spiritual enrichment, and physical training,” Lam said.
On this occasion, comrade Lai Xuan Lam also offered several orientations and suggestions for the units to study and implement in the coming period. These further promoted the pioneering spirit, innovation, and creativity; expanding new models, good practices, practical projects, and products. There is a strong determination to build a team of cadres and Party members with firm political will, strong professional competence, and proficient expertise who dare to think, dare to speak, dare to act, and dare to take responsibility.
In the context of the construction sector facing historic opportunities with important projects and proposals that have wide-ranging impacts on the socio-economic, comrade Lai Xuan Lam requested that every cadre, Party member, and worker in the construction sector unite strive to make breakthroughs in order to promptly adapt to the demands of the era. He emphasized the need to strengthen the application of science and technology, especially advanced and modern technologies.
He expressed his confidence with the spirit of unity and consensus from top to bottom the construction sector will continue to create more outstanding works and products, to successfully fulfil all assigned political tasks and making worthy contributions to the socio-economic development of the country in 2025.

At the ceremony, comrade Dao Van Tien, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction, said that the Standing Committee of the Government Party Committee issued a Decision to recognize 3 projects and 1 typical product of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction as projects to welcome the 1st Congress of the Government Party Committee, term 2025-2030, including: Ho Chi Minh Air Traffic Control Center; Component Project 1A (Tan Van - Nhon Trach section); Rach Mieu 2 Bridge and "Design of a model inter-level boarding school in land border communes".
According to Tien, with the consent of the Government Party Committee, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction has directed relevant agencies and units to make preparations to organize the Ceremony to present the Decision and Product Certificate in celebration the 1st Congress of the Government Party Committee, term 2025-2030 to the National Institute of Architecture.
On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction, comrade Dao Van Tien acknowledged and commended the efforts and contributions of the National Institute of Architecture in completing the product and being recognized by the Government Party Committee.

Previously, Party Secretary and Director of the National Institute of Architecture Ho Chi Quang reported on the results of the implementation of the design of a model inter-level boarding school in the land border communes.
The objective of the task is to develop a model for inter-level boarding schools at the primary and lower secondary levels (or combined with upper secondary education where appropriate to local planning and needs) in the direction of meeting national standards, ensuring uniformity in the structure of functional units and operational processes. The model aims to create a learning and living environment with adequate facilities to support students and local residents in their studies, daily activities, cultural, spiritual, and physical development. This contributes to improving educational attainment, enhancing the quality of human resources, fostering a source of ethnic minority and local cadres, promoting socio-economic development, and improving the material and spiritual well-being of people in border areas, thereby strengthening national defense and security.
The scope of implementation is land border communes nationwide (248 communes in 22 provinces).
