On October 20th, 2025, at Lao Cai station, the SP7 train crew (Yen Bai Railway Attendant Station) handed over the passengers' belongings left on the SP7 train to the relevant unit to return them to the passengers.

The entire amount of belongings was fully handed over by the SP7 train crew to the representative of the Lao Cai Railway Transport station to return to the passengers according to regulations.

It is known that the SP7 train departed from Hanoi Station on the evening of October 19th and arrived at Lao Cai Station on the morning of October 20th, 2025. After seeing the passengers off the train, the attendant of carriage number 2 Nguyen Son Tho discovered a handbag that had been left behind while cleaning the train. Immediately, he reported the incident to the train captain Vu Anh Dung.

Inside were cash and many important personal documents, with a total value of about 26 million VND. The entire amount of assets was fully handed over by the SP7 train team to the representative of Lao Cai Railway Transport station to return to the passengers according to regulations.

The railway staff returning the property to the passengers is a meaningful action, demonstrating the spirit of responsibility, honesty and dedication to serving passengers. And it is even more meaningful as the entire industry is preparing to celebrate the 79th anniversary of Vietnam Railways' Traditional Day (October 21, 1946 - October 21, 2025).

Though a small act, it carries great meaning, contributing to spreading the positive image of railway workers who are always dedicated, honest and devoted to passengers. The railway industry not only operates safely and on time, it but also strives to improve service quality, toward a reliable and friendly journey.

Such examples of dedication and responsibility in work are vivid proof of the fine tradition that have been cultivated over nearly eight decades of the Railway sector, and are also the driving force for the entire industry to continue to strive and build the image of Vietnam Railways to be more modern, closer and customer-oriented.
