The 1st Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Ministry of Construction (2025-2030) is a place to honor outstanding collectives and individuals, spread the spirit of patriotism, creativity and dedication, contributing to the sustainable development of the Construction industry in the new period. According to information from the Ministry of Construction, the 1st Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Ministry of Construction, the 2025-2030 period, is expected to take place on October 24.
The Ministry of Construction sent 12 delegates to attend the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress.
At the Congress, the Ministry of Construction will honor more than 400 exemplary collectives and individuals who have demonstrated outstanding achievements in emulation movements across the Ministry’s agencies, units, and enterprises.
The Congress will review the patriotic emulation movements and commendation work for the 2021-2025 period, while also setting out directions, tasks, and launching new emulation movements for the 2026-2030 period.
On this occasion, the Ministry of Construction has sent a delegation of 12 representatives to attend the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress, led by Mr. Trần Hồng Minh, Chairman of the Ministry’s Emulation and Commendation Council. Among them are four collectives and six individuals recognized as outstanding examples in the patriotic emulation movements during the 2021-2025 period.
The collectives to be honored include: Vietnam Maritime University; Air Traffic Management Engineering Company Limited (under the Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation); the Department of Planning and Finance; and the Agency for Housing and Real Estate Market Management.
The exemplary individuals include: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phạm Thái Bình, Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Transport Science and Technology and lecturer at the University of Transport Technology; M.A. Lê Bích Hòa, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Trade Union of the Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation; M.A. Phạm Thị Huyên, Principal Legal Officer, Department of Legal Affairs; Mr. Hà Văn Đức, Head of Construction Team No. 02, Vietnam Installation Corporation – JSC; Mr. Bùi Hoàng Kiều, Chief Accountant, Housing and Urban Development Corporation; Mr. Hoàng Ngọc Hà, Head of the Maritime Safety and Security Department, Ho Chi Minh City Port Authority.
The National Congress is scheduled to take place in December 2025 at the National Convention Center, with the participation of approximately 2,300 delegates. The event will commend and honor heroic collectives and individuals, national emulation soldiers, as well as exemplary models and outstanding examples in patriotic emulation movements across all sectors.
At the same time, the emulation movement for the 2026-2030 period will be vigorously launched to foster patriotism, solidarity, innovation, and creativity, thereby contributing to improving labor productivity and efficiency, and successfully achieving the socio-economic development goals set out in the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress.
