Apart of working program in the Russian Federation, on September 20th, the working delegation of the Ministry of Construction led by Deputy Minister Pham Minh Ha had a working session with Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (MGSU).
The meeting saw participation of representatives of state management agencies, training and research institutions in the field of construction standards and regulations; Rector Pavel Akimov; Vice Rector in charge of international relations Olga Kuzina; Vice Rector in charge of science, technology and innovation Vitaly Gladkikh and colleagues.
Deputy Minister Pham Minh Ha led a delegation of the Ministry of Construction to work with Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (MGSU).
At the meeting, Rector Pavel Akimov expressed his honor to welcome Deputy Minister Pham Minh Ha and the delegation, and briefly introduced the university's undergraduate and graduate training programs as well as its modern laboratory system.
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Pham Minh Ha highly appreciated the close cooperation and traditional relationship between MGSU and training and research institutions in the construction field of Vietnam.
He also emphasized many generations of Vietnamese officials and scientists have been trained at MGSU, making important contributions to the development of the domestic construction industry.
The Ministry of Construction delegation visited the School's laboratory.
On this occasion, MGSU and the University of Transport Technology signed a cooperation agreement, aiming at supporting and exchanging study programs and training between the two schools. After the signing ceremony, the delegation visited the laboratories of construction materials and construction structures of MGSU.
Concluding the working session, Deputy Minister Pham Minh Ha expressed his delight for the warm reception and highly appreciated the modern facilities of MGSU. He proposed the school continue to strengthen effective cooperation with universities and research institutes of the Vietnamese Construction industry in the future.
