Construction exhibition VIETBUILD Hanoi 2024 opens

The first phase of the International Exhibition VIETBUILD Hanoi opened on March 20th, under the direction and sponsorship of the Ministry of Construction and the Hanoi People's Committee at the National Architectural Planning & Construction Exhibition Center. The event is a part of a series of activities to celebrate the 66th founding anniversary of the Vietnam Construction Industry.



Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh - Head of the VIETBUILD International Exhibition Steering Committee spoke at the opening of the Exhibition.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Deputy Minister of Construction and head of the event’s organizing committee Nguyen Van Sinh, said: "VIETBUILD Hanoi 2024 is the first in a series of international VIETBUILD exhibitions to be held this year. With nearly 1,500 booths featuring local and foreign businesses, the exhibition introduces many new construction products and services with creative and environmentally friendly features. As part of the event, there will also be seminars and exchanges between local and foreign enterprises, contributing to trade promotion in the construction industry."

The first VIETBUILD Hanoi 2024 International Exhibition taken place from March 20 to March 24, is the first exhibition in the VIETBUILD International Exhibition series held in 2024 and is a regular, specific activity to support the implementation of guidelines and policies of the Party and State, contributing to promoting trade promotion, technological innovation, investment cooperation and brand development, supporting businesses to restore and develop production and business activities.

There are many activities to promote trade promotion between the domestic and international construction associations and state management agencies; business forums introduce products and breakthrough technology solutions in the Construction industry for economic development in 2024 according to the Government's policy.

On behalf of the leaders of the Ministry of Construction, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh thanked the leaders of ministries, central branches, Hanoi People's Committee and localities, specialized associations for their close and effective coordination with the Ministry of Construction in the state management of the Ministry of Construction as well as creating favorable conditions for businesses to invest in real estate and construction materials development, thereby contributing to promoting production and business activities, import and export, and socio-economic development of the country.
