Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh spoke at the Forum
Delivering the speech at the Forum, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh said that, from the end of 2022 to the beginning of 2023, facing many difficulties in the real estate market, the Government and Prime Minister have directed drastically and flexible solutions to overcome difficulties in the real estate market. In particular, strengthen the implementation of tasks and solutions to solve and promote safe, healthy and sustainable market development in Resolution No. 33/NQ-CP of the Government. In particular, recently the Housing Law (amended) and Real Estate Business Law (amended), Land Law (amended) and Law on Credit Institutions (amended) have been appproved by the National Assembly.
According to the Deputy Minister Sinh, real estate businesses need to proactively implement a number of solutions on investment capital sources, diversification capital sources (bank credit, bonds, stocks, investment funds, financial lease...); mobilizing capital; limitation scattered investment; focusing on social housing projects, worker housing, and low-cost housing to increase liquidity. In investment activities, businesses must ensure product quality, cost reducing, and affordable.
The Deputy Minister requested organizations, associations, experts, scientists, and businesses to exchange and discuss challenges and opportunities for the real estate market in 2024. Useful new proposals and solutions were proposed to help the market develop safely, healthily, and sustainably.

Concluding the Forum, Editor-in-Chief of Construction Newspaper Nguyen Anh Dung thanked the delegates and experts for their cotributed ideas at the Forum, and said that the Forum recorded many guiding opinions from the Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh and sharing of legal issues by leaders of the Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management, suggestions and recommendations of speakers, leaders of real estate associations. On that basis, the Organizing Committee has synthesized and made valuable reference documents for the Ministry of Construction and relevant agencies in the process of building and perfecting the legal system and advising the Government and Prime Minister in the direction and administration to develop the real estate market safely, healthily, and sustainably in 2024.
