The PM has approved a restructuring plan for the construction sector in response to the growth model transition effort towards better quality, and higher effectiveness and competitiveness in the 2014-2020 phase.
The plan aims to meet the demands for socio-economic development, implement the nation’s industrialization and modernization as well as improving labor capacity and the quality, effectiveness, and competitiveness of construction products.
The sector strives to achieve an average growth rate from 9-14% per year and creates breakthrough products to dominate the domestic market and gradually set foot on regional and international markets.
