Expressing affection for the warm welcome of leadership of the Vietnammese Ministry of Construction, Ms. Katarzyna Kacperezyk said : partnerships between Poland and Vietnam has a long tradition. On the renewal process, Vietnam has gone through the process that Poland faced before, including the equitization. It is through this process, Warsaw has risen to become one of the largest stock markets in Europe. Therefore, the Polish enterprises are interested and eager to share their experiences with partners in Vietnam, as experienced option investors directly. Besides, one of the challenges facing Vietnam today that Poland has successfully passed and are looking forward to cooperate with Vietnam to build houses for people. According to Ms. Katarzyna Kacperczyk, Poland does have a lot of company building high quality, reasonable price suit the majority of people. Thereby can see potential for cooperation in this field between the two countries is very large.
Join visiting delegation, representatives of some large corporations on building materials, special economic zone of Poland also presented collaborative projects with enterprises in Vietnam as Viglacera, and expressed the desire to Vietnammese Ministry of Construction support for the project to achieve good results.
On behalf of the leadership of the Ministry of Construction, Deputy Minister Cao Lai Quang thanked the sharing and collaboration of Ms. Katarzyna Kacperczyk and the visiting delegation. Deputy Minister Quang said in modernization, Vietnamese construction sector urged needs huge investment in the real estate sector, housing, infrastructure (water supply, waste treatment). This is a big opportunity for foreign investors, including Poland. Ministry of Construction will consult with the Embassy of Poland in cooperation portfolio; and create the most favorable conditions within functions and responsibilities of Ministries for Polish enterprises study the market and operating effectively in Vietnam.
